Quick Cliq: Application Launcher, Productivity Tool for Netbooks

Quick Cliq is a portable menu based application launcher and productivity tool for Windows operating system based netbooks. The app adds a programmable menu to the system that can be launched with a simple mouse gesture (touchpad gesture) or a keyboard hot-key.

Quick Cliq speeds up your daily computer activities by giving you links to folders, files, programs, URLs and command line operations. It also offers window management, extreme clipboard manipulation, and note taking capabilities. All of this is provided in a compact menu that you can show anywhere and within any application or window through customizable hot keys and mouse gestures.

Pressing the keyboard hot-key combination [Windows Key] + [Z] or holding down the right mouse button and moving the mouse down will open a customizable context menu on the screen. You can now easily add files, folders, email addresses, website addresses and system tools to that context menu to open the tools and locations faster than usually.

This context menu needs to be configured on first run which you can configure from the context menu itself or through the system tray icon.

The Clipboard Features

The clipboards can hold binary data (files/folders) as well as application specific data
View and Edit any clipboard in its native format or plain text
Append data to any clipboard making it a useful list making tool
Basic text formatting
Clean all formatting from the clipboard leaving only plain text (remove HTML formatting)
Convert copied files to their full file path
Save the clipboard’s content to a file

This portable app uses very low amount of system resources while running and is very suitable for use on netbooks.
